He also supports boards and management teams during periods of heightened scrutiny, including shareholder activism, leadership transitions, and other sensitive issues. In recent years, he has worked closely with private companies and investment funds to position them in emerging or strategically important sectors. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, where he helped manage communications across the Firm’s global platform and investment strategies. He previously spent four years at Joele Frank. Earlier in his career, David spent time in the Office of the Mayor of Jerusalem where he focused on international affairs and English language media.
