David Feldman provides strategic communications counsel to companies, financial sponsors, and senior leaders navigating complex and high-profile matters. He has advised on transactions across stages and lifecycles, including friendly and contested M&A, carveouts, strategic investments, and venture capital. David has also supported boards and management teams in developing communications strategies to defend against activist investors and address crises involving litigation, regulatory scrutiny and inquiries, and unplanned leadership transitions. In recent years, he has worked extensively on situations relating to public-private partnerships and high-stakes reputational issues, as well as partnering with venture investors to position early-stage companies in the marketplace. Most recently, David was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., where he helped manage the Firm’s communications across its global platform and strategies, and previously worked at Joele Frank for four years. Earlier, David spent time working in the Office of the Mayor of Jerusalem, where he focused on international affairs and media.
