Senior Associate
Olivia Sherman provides strategic communications counsel and communications support to companies involved in transactions and special situations, including M&A, IPOs, proxy contests and shareholder activism defense. Prior to Collected, Olivia was an Account Supervisor at Edelman Smithfield where she worked on the development and execution of strategic communications for event-driven situations, as well as investor relations programs. Before joining Edelman Smithfield, Olivia supported a U.S. Senate campaign in Texas, where she worked in Campaign Finance. Olivia graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
