Kiki Torpey provides strategic counsel to companies across industries on a wide range of transactions and special situations — including M&A, public listings, complex litigation, workplace issues and crisis management.
She has extensive experience helping companies navigate sensitive workplace issues, including internal investigations, executive misconduct/malfeasance situations and unplanned executive transitions.
Prior to joining Collected, Kiki was a Director at FGS Global.
