Dylan has also supported companies in public and private shareholder activist situations opposite some of the most notable activist investors, including Carl Icahn, Trian Partners, Elliott Management, Land & Buildings, Ancora Advisors and Engaged Capital.
He works closely with management teams to craft messaging, manage investor and media relations, and position companies effectively in the face of complex crises and challenges. Prior to joining Collected, Dylan was a Director at Joele Frank.
